General:
The Customers will be deemed to have accepted these Terms if they give instructions or place orders by any means for Work to be done or Goods to be supplied.

ACE Automotive obtains the right to use photos / pictures taken by ACE Automotive or a member of staff for advertising / business purposes as long as this doesn’t show vehicle registration numbers or customers personal information.

Pricing:
All prices shown/given are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of  VAT @ 20% unless stated.

Payment:
We accept Visa & Mastercard credit & debit cards, Bank transfer and Cash is accepted. All services/goods shall be paid for upon completion or in accordance with any credit terms agreed in advance. If a vehicle is completed and not collected and paid for within 48 hours of completed work we may have to charge a storage charge.

Sub-contracting:
ACE Automotive shall be entitled to carry out its obligations under this contract by sub-contractors but shall be responsible for the quality of their work.

Completion of work:
We will aim to complete all work on and within agreed times but we will not be liable for delays. Work shall be deemed complete when the Customer is so advised by ACE Automotive. We reserve the right to refuse to do work on any vehicle that is deemed to be not roadworthy or unsafe.

Uncompleted work:
If for any reason work requested by the Customer is not carried out in full ACE Automotive will charge reasonable amount for any work actually done and the then current price of any goods supplied or fitted.

Warranties/guarantees:
All software and installation of software is guaranteed, software is guaranteed for 12 months for defects any faults found with the software will be rectified, any fault that has found to be not related to the software a charge will be incurred for diagnostics.
No warranty will apply if and to the extent that a defect is caused or worsened by one
or more of the following,

Failure to inform ACE Automotive of the defect or to have it examined by ACE Automotive and a failure to give ACE Automotive the opportunity to remedy it.

The Goods/service have been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident or used in a vehicle for racing, rallying or similar motorsports.

Alteration’s in a manner not approved by ACE Automotive.

Non-adherence to instructions concerning the treatment, maintenance and care of the Goods or a failure to have the relevant vehicle serviced in accordance with ACE Automotive recommendations.

Repair or maintenance of the Goods by a person other than ACE Automotive or a person authorised by ACE Automotive.

We do not accept responsibility for any serviceable item/mechanical part (including turbo’s, clutches/flywheels & engine internals) that fails this is not covered by warranty.

We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.

We do not guarantee any gains in fuel economy in the majority of cases a gain in fuel economy is seen, due to many unknown factors we cannot guarantee this.

Refunds:
Any refund given will be minus the installation charge and any fuel surcharge or charges we incur. Any vehicle that has a fault that is exaggerated by tuning no refund will be given.

Customers Vehicles:

All customers vehicles are left at their own risk, we take no resposibility for vehicles outside our premises or in the car parking area.
